Founded in Paris in 1912 by publisher Lucien Vogel and his brother-law, Michael de Brunhoff, (later Editor in Chief of French Vogue), Le Bon Ton was published in France from 1912 to 1925
The magazine soon became the flagship of contemporary fashion, lifestyle and beauty for the wealthier side of Parisian society.
