Once the goods have been shipped, any item bought online can be returned to us (at your expense) for a full refund if found unsatisfactory for any reason, as long as we are notified in writing within 7 working days from the date of the receipt by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the goods and your order reference number. Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the item(s) and other relevant instructions. Any returned item needs to be shipped to us by a fully insured traceable postal service (see details below). The goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them and must be securely re-packaged to prevent damage in transit. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. We will examine any returned goods and notify you about your refund via email within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process a refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to it. Refunds will only be made by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the goods - no cash, credit or alternative is offered.
Refunds are normally limited to the original purchase price, including initial delivery costs. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund and to recover the cost of returning the goods in the event that the goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. We require that refunded items are sent back to us using a delivery service that provides a useable tracking number/facility and requires a signature. A refund will be applied once the goods have been received back and are in the same condition as originally sent.
